To maintain a smooth experience for all clients, we’ve outlined the following refund policy:- All sales are final and non-refundable.Payment is required at the time of booking and cannot be refunded once processed.- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled session.If you cancel with at least 12 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your session at no additional cost.- Late cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) and missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.- To cancel or reschedule, please email us at contacthouseofflow@gmail.com.We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting your movement journey.
