Our Services

The House of Flow brings ancient practice and modern wellness together with one ultimate goal: a better quality of life. Our approach supports flexibility, mobility, range of motion, recovery, and the freedom to move through life with greater ease. From one-on-one Guided Mobility to holistic bodywork through Massage, Acupuncture, and Cupping Therapy, each service offers a different way to care for your body. Group Stretch and Yoga Classes bring that same intention into a shared space, giving you the choice of personalized one-on-one care or movement in community

Guided Mobility

Guided Mobility - Services.png

A one-on-one assisted movement session designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. Your practitioner helps move your joints and muscles through controlled positions while your body learns to relax and tolerate greater movement. Over time, this can reduce stiffness, improve body awareness, support joint function, and make everyday movement feel easier and more comfortable.

Stretch Classes

These 30-minute classes use guided stretching and mobility exercises to help improve flexibility, joint movement, and range of motion. Slow, controlled stretching gives your nervous system repeated exposure to movement, which can help the body feel safer moving into larger ranges over time. It is a simple way to stay consistent and keep your body moving regularly.

Yoga Classes

Yoga combines movement, stretching, breathing, and body awareness to support both physical and mental well-being. The poses help improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility, while slower breathing can help shift the nervous system toward a calmer state. Our classes are designed to help you move with more ease, feel more connected to your body, and create space for both recovery and strength.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture uses very thin needles placed at specific points in the body to stimulate nerves, connective tissue, and local circulation. Those signals can influence the nervous system and the body’s natural pain-regulating processes. People often use acupuncture to support pain relief, muscle tension, stress, headaches, recovery, and overall nervous-system balance.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping

Cupping uses gentle suction to lift the skin and superficial tissues rather than pressing down into them. This can temporarily increase blood flow to the area, create more movement between layers of tissue, and reduce the feeling of tightness or restriction. It is commonly used for muscle soreness, recovery, tension, and areas that feel stiff or “stuck.”
